Refund policy

We want you to love your Dardodo order, and we follow the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, which gives you the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving them.

How to return
Email us at care@dardodo.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will arrange collection.

Condition for return
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

Items that cannot be returned
For health and hygiene reasons, drinkware that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged, because its condition can no longer be restored to its original state. This covers used tumblers, water bottles, mugs, flasks, and opened gift sets. Unused drinkware in its original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days. As allowed by law, personalised or custom-made items, and items no longer in their original condition due to use or damage after delivery, are also non-returnable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at care@dardodo.com within 48 hours with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you, whatever the item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we approve your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued using your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or store credit.
