Terms of service

Welcome to Dardodo. By using dardodo.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Orders and acceptance
Every order is an offer to buy and is subject to availability and our confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, and if we do we will refund you in full. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order.

Pricing
All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.

Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and any other payment methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery, you pay the courier when your order arrives.

Shipping
We deliver across all governorates of Egypt. Delivery times and fees are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving them, in line with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Some items, such as used drinkware, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details, including the exceptions, are in our Refund Policy.

Products
We do our best to display product colours, sizes, and details accurately. Slight variations may occur between the images and the item you receive.

Intellectual property
All content on dardodo.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to Dardodo and may not be used without our permission.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Egyptian law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. Any dispute will be subject to the competent Egyptian courts.
